The challenge was to enhance NPS across all of Atea’s countries, necessitating effective engagement with employees and the implementation of strategic tools for improvement.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive plan with Atea, focusing on asking the right questions and involving employees in the process of improving customer loyalty. Leveraging dashboards and integrations as key tools, we embarked on an impactful journey towards enhancing NPS.
